Who i was previously insured with on my car ?

i had a car accident 3 years ago my car wa a write off and the insurance company paid out to the finance company now,3 years down the line i am in court today for failing to send papers to dvla which is wat my insurance said they do obviously they didnt but i cannot remember who they was how can i find out.

Contact the police department where you had the accident.  They should have who you had auto insurance with on the police report.
