There are quiet a number of Filipinos who don't know Jose Rizal. They are  the children of immigrants who grew up and schooled abroad.

Of course most of the foreigners of the infants...

maybe most of the Filipinos know that he is the national hero... but not all know about his life and how he became the national hero.

There is this Nonoy Gallardo who wrote the libretto on the musical "Sino Ka Ba, Jose Rizal?".   Translated, that means "Who are you, Jose Rizal?".

Of course, am kidding.   I like the music there.  And admire greatly Gary Granada who also put in a lot.
