i keep hearing about him but i don't know who he is

Fizzdude hangs out in the Polls & Surveys section and he gives long answers like

I sharted

I farted

Then when you give him thumbs down you are like 300 miles at the bottom of the page and it takes 5 minutes to scroll up. He is so annoying. He always is opening up new accounts because his accounts are always suspended.
