  1. THE AMAZING CRAIGY!

  2. this answer could differ for everybody depending on your martial arts style for example some people might prefer kickboxing coz they are more foot oreintated and other might prefer judo etc but it would depend on what type of martial arts they do (if any) and what experince they have (if any) if they dnt have expeince i would think they would prefer the styles shown in films (such as moves done by jet li and jackie chat etc)

  3. honestly in a street fight it has to be krav maga. theres no doubt about it.

people are saying ju jitsu and taekwando? in a street fight? you've got to be kidding me.

krav maga number one. nothing beats krav maga.

but karate (especially kyokushin) and kung fu are very useful too.

  4. Who is the best martial artIST? Or WHAT is the best martial art?

WHO is Bruce Lee, obviously... or Po the Panda!

WHAT would be dragon-style Kung Fu, since Kung Fu borrows from and builds on all other Martial Arts and dragon-style is the most difficult but complete form of Kung Fu.

  5. krav maga

  6. I disagree with all answers. I guess my answer would be different depending on what your weapons can be. If it was just hand to hand combat I would have to say forms of jiu jitsu, mainly I chose that because have you ever seen a street fight that doesn't go to the ground. All of the great fighters in the world have grappling experience. And no matter how good your kung fu fighter is on his feet, if you can take him down to the ground...it's all over. Now if you can use a weapon such as a knife I would have to say Sayoc Kali, which many don't know of. But I'm sure you've seen the movie, The Hunted, that movie was based off that form of Martial Arts. Those are some bad motherf******.

  7. jeet kune do the martial art bruce lee invented

    check it out!!!

  8. CHUCK NORRIS

  9. Who would be Bruce Lee. What would be either Dragon style or Monkey style if you have are very fast at dodging and countering.

  10. SPRINTING!

You want to get out of there FAST!

  11. why dont you read one of the 1,000,000,000 other questions on the subject before you post such a redundant question.

  12. it would have to either be teakwondo or ju juistu

  13. my first answer would be American Kenpo, I am biased though because I teach American Kenpo.

    Second would be Krav Maga.

Both styles are based on real life situations and have been used in real situations effectively.

The reason for not picking BJJ (which I do train in also) is that in a real street fight you have no control over the environment. Meaning it is pavement or concrete, not a padded mat. What if you go to pull guard and land across the curb, or on a broken glass? The biggest reason for not picking BJJ is simple: What if he has friends with him? Are you going to roll around on the ground while his buddy walks over and kicks you in the head?

Stay o n your feet as much as possible, that way you can keep alert to the environment.

  14. Japanese Aiki-Jitsu or Chinese Kung fu is in my opinion the ultimate in street fighting styles.

Today in 21st century Japan they have incorporated an automatic pistol into the range of weapons (knife, sword, stick, etc.) into their modernized forms of Aiki-Jitsu.  So today an Aikijitsu master would not hesitate to pull out a gun and shoot you anymore than a Samurai would have hesitated to pull out his sword and slice you.

  15. no one style is the best it all comes down to the practitioner i am a green belt in karate but i can keep up with some of the blackbelts so u see its not the style it is the individuals skill if it were the style then 2 green belts shouldnt be able to land a blow on each other if ur going by the theory that it is the style.

also martial arts are only a last resort martial arts arent for training to fight ur training so u don't have to fight if your a good martial artist your not worried about wether your style will beat someone or not cos u dont go looking for trouble its there so if a situation happens you can deal with it quickly and get away but that is only if talking yourself out of the situation has failed and you cant get away without confrontation

  16. Japanese Jiu-jitsu.

    Best wishes :)***
