yup it came from spain!

as far as to make one ,you can get a very close clone to the original which use the raw dough and then is streached like a pizza but very thin. anyway -  heat oil  hot  and fry a FLOUR tortilla  drain and sprinkle with sugar and ground cinnamon

and or drizzle with honey or any jam jellie you like .

i know they originated in spain. who invented them, i have no idea. nobody ever became famous for it.

Yes its true, they came from espana to mexico. They say they started making in Mallorca. Which is spains biggest island.
