I invented it in a sudden burst of inspiration.  But at the time I called it the WPG, or Warren's Personal Girlfinder.  My mom wouldn't let me launch the necessary satellites because I didn't finish my homework, so the military beat me to it and renamed it after some crazy military acronym.  I am really bummed at my mom over this...
