US agents? (Customs or border patrol or Immigration or a parole agent?

You need a lawyer right away.

I would call a minimum of 10 attorneys to see which one you feel is going to be the most aggressive and understanding.

Don't let anybody tell you that you don't have a case.  Keep on it and don't give up.  

I'm very good friends with  a lot of  Police here and I don't know any that would not agree with me.  

Also, Contact the ACLU.  They are great about civil rights violations and will be interested to hear your story!
