i have always wondered who is Barbara Millicent Roberts mother's and father's real name.

Sorry I only know her mothers name.The American businesswoman Ruth Handler (1916-2002) is regarded as the creator of Barbie, and the doll's design was inspired by a German doll called Bild Lilli.

I'm not positive but she was the creator of barbie...

Margaret & George.... you have go to be kidding!!! Barbie's parents have never been mentioned.  It's all about Barbie... not her parents.  Maybe that is why everyone thinks she is so self centered.  Barbie's parents can be anyone you want them to be.

I vaguely remember hearing that Barbie's parents were named Margaret & George, but not 100% sure of that.

There were a series of books about Barbie & her family back in the 1960's that might say for sure.
