Who is Cassiel? & are fallen angels evil?

Is cassiel good, evil, etc. I know he is an angel. Is he a fallen angel? Are fallen angels evil?

I don't know about Cassiel but... if I remember fallen angels are angels that have sinned in heaven and as punishment were sent to earth, or the other story:

Lucifer an angel of heaven followed God no matter what then God created man and said "This is Man you will bow and obey him as you have to me"

so all the angels bowed to the Man all but one, Lucifer who stood there pointing at man angry "I will not bow to this thing you have created from earth and water!"

God said to Lucifer "so you will disobey my will to bow to Man?"

Lucifer replied "Yes"

God told Lucifer "for disobeying my will I cast you, Lucifer to the pit of fire!"

Lucifer's wings were ripped from his back and then he fell past the clouds, past earth, to a fiery pit.  There he stayed growing horns and and losing all mercy for the living and dead, tormenting souls of all nature.

We call the place Lucifer is in h**l, and Lucifer? we call him Satan.

Another tale I know of is that fallen angels are a sign of how wicked our world is... I don't know that story in detail so... sorry.

All fallen angels are follower of Satan and yes they are all very evil No if no and and not butt's............ Now this angel does have a hebrew name and he is better know as the watcher..... But he was supposely asked to take a side... Now it is not known if he did or did not take a side... Now if he chose God's side then he is with God now if he did not take a side he was kick out of heaven with statan and his followers..................................

Cassiel is neither good or evil at first, He is just trying to understand why humans are so caring about the future, He soon wants to become human not for love or to feel but for curiosity, Fallen Angels are not all evil but some are bewildered. According to this book I read.

Cassiel, (Hebrew קפציאל Kafziel) is the Latin name of an angel in post-biblical Judeo-Christian mythology, particularly that of the Kabbalah. Unlike many other angels, Cassiel is known for simply watching the events of the cosmos unfold with little interference. He is the angel of solitude and tears, and is said to preside over the deaths of kings.

He is often included in lists as being one of the seven archangels and often associated with the Seventh Heaven.
