Who is Jim holly, and does anybody know if he was a professional martial artist?

I went to work out a few days ago at the YMCA and I ran into a guy named Jim Holly, I had started talking to him about martial arts, and he had told me that he was into Kickboxing, TKD, and was in the PKA, WTF, and ITA, when he was younger. He had also told me that he fought Casey Stengel from the movie "The Kickboxer", and lost in a 12 round decision. I have looked around and I can't find anything about him. Can anybody confirm his story, or is he a liar? I'm just curious..

Jim "hollywood" Holly is a retired motocross racer. He won championships in the once ultracross series. ( thats all I know )

I remember a James Holly who was in the PKA as a kickboxer many years ago. I do not remember him every making the top 10 contender status but I seriously doubt he fought Casey Stengel since he was primarily an actor and not really known for being a kickboxer. I would however have to think about his answer because he did not claim to win the fight and most liars would never say they were defeated.
