I'm french but I can help you. Maybe you want to talk about Michel de Notre Dame like medium but his nickname was Nostradamus (Michel de Notre Dame is his real name).

He was born in 1503 in Salon de Provence (south of France) and died in 1566.

He was supposed to be doctor but we don't know if it was true (he considered himself like that).

He's famous for his predictions.
