Kobe is a extremely good passer.  HE just chooses not to, but passing is not his job most of the time, scoring is.  But last season, his passing developed andrew Bynum and his yougn teammates.  Also got him to the finals.

Kobe is a much better passer.

both these player are great passers respectively, they both have excellent court vision, and they look for there teammates most of the time down the court but they both have two different styles of passing

if you want a flashy passer that will get the crowd amazed, but is not very accurate then you probably want Kobe Bryant

or

if you want a passer that has good court vision and is pretty accurate but not too flashy but here and there you will get passes that will make you think twice about it then you want Tracy McGrady

statically, T-Mac has averaged most assist per game

Myself I would think t-mac is a better all around passer

I pass to myself all the time.  If the referees weren't blind, I'd have 469 assists a game. (Heh! I love that number.  Right, Katie?  I mean, Wendy? For the last time, it was consensual!  So what if she was 17?)
