Atlanta for sure. They both don't have legit starting QBs except maybe Rex Grossman for the Bears since he did lead them to the Super Bowl.

Wow, I thought everyone had gone crazy for a second.  Thank you to the last three posters for making me realize that I am not the only sane one here.

For anyone who has Atlanta with a winning record or even finishing the season at .500, WAKE UP.  Their division has Tampa and New Orleans in it and I will be very surprised if they beat either team once (won't happen), plus I will also say they've got a snowball's chance in h**l at sweeping Carolina.

Not only are the Bears better.  They're years ahead of where the Falcons are at right now.  Chicago is lacking in some areas, but they are rebuilding around the good players they have already.  ATL has very few great players and the whole team is being rebuilt from play schemes to players.  Chicago does not have the same problem.

Chicago is probably better right now despite the unsettling QB questions, Atlanta is a complete mess right now and we have no idea how good Matt Ryan will be.  I'd say Chicago goes something like 6-10 and Atlanta 2-14 or 3-13

the bears only because they have a solid defense and better special teams both teams offenses are in trouble matt ryan has a huge question mark on his head with no one to protect him while the bears have to roll the dice and hope their quarterback is having a good day plus a weak running game so the defenses are the only thing setting these teams apart but lets not forget about devin hester they will be hoping the he will win them a few games and word is he has been looking good at wide receiver

Falcons by far!!! They have RBs, WRs, and a good yound Defense whereas Chicago has Hester and.....Rex Grossman. Their defense is good but that's all they have. Atlanta Falcons: 10-6 or 11-5, Chicago: 7-9 or 6-10.

This isn't even debatable, the Bears are a far better team, whether you want to believe it or not.  The Bears are only 2 years removed from a Super Bowl appearance.  They're still a top 5 defense.  The Falcons have no defense and their offense is not even mediocre.  Michale Turner will help them, but don't expect Ryan to come in and be a savior.  They lost Alge Crumpler, their top receiver is Roddy White who most people have no clue who he is and their O-Line is awful.  The Bears however have a decent O-Line that is aging a little bit and a solid looking rookie RB.  The Bears WR's are nothing to write home about either, unless Devin Hester just explodes.  The QB situation in Chicago is slightly better then Atlanta currently.  Special teams easily goes to the Bears.  These 2 teams don't really belong here being compared to each other.  You'd be better off comparing the Falcons and the Dolphins or the Bears and the Lions.
