Well since they were both born in the 1950's their head to head matches reflect their primes quite accurately.

Oddly enough Connors leads 2:0 on clay despite Borg winning the French as often as he did.

Connors won every match during '75/76 while Borg won  every match during '79-'81 which would make sense since Jimbo was 4 years older.

Borg was more dominant later before he retired while Jimbo was more dominant earlier on. Who is better ... flip a coin. I'll say BB the Iceman since he won on clay and then grass although Connors loved to get excited and get the crowd involved.

Clay: Connors leads 2:0

Grass: Borg leads 4:0

Indoor: Borg leads 4:3

They both won over 81% of their matches in singles and won Grand Slams although Borg won 11 compared to Jimbo's 8. 5 Wimbledons for Borg vs. 5 USO for Jimbo but then 6 French for Borg vs. 2 Wimbys and 1 AO for Jimbo.

I prefer bjorn birg because hes a much calmer player and didnt just have great shots he was really strong in his mind but i met jimmy connors last time i was at wimbledon and he seemed very nice i have a pic with him!!!!!:D
