MAN...or human beings?  

Going to venture an opinion on what it is to be a human being.

To use the capacity of one's brain such that one is grateful for the ability of speech.   In whatever capacity that is used, the arts, humanities, science, religion, or other, so that one realizes the full and absolute responsibility that it holds and the potential it creates.

To strive for interactions with others and then to work to be as generous and compassionate in the world other human beings such that one always leaves each interaction having learned something.  

To live a life where one is compassionate, self-expressed, aware and active for those less fortunate, and always using the energy one has been given to generate positive results in the world.

Ethics, Intelligence, and courage.

These are the traits of a man.

Being ethical is being true to reason and honoring basic human rights.

Having intelligence is simply discussing things with others rationally.

Having courage is simply gritting ones teeth and pressing forward regardless of the circumstances at hand.

Well, most people seem to think that a man has to suffer his entire life and provide for his family.  But what if he doesn't procreate?  Can he contribute to this world by not procreating (Addition by subtraction)?  The Western world is pumped full of lies.  When we're 4 years old the lies start.  How will we ever know the truth if we've never Been there?  I'm sure future generations will read about the 911 attacks and the government will have the books pass a test before they are read in class..  People think that a man has to have a kid, work work work and then die.  LOL.  It's a joke really.  There is no need to keep making things.  Go back to the horse and buggy and I guarantee you there would be less crime...  I don't need no He-Man truck to drive around in and pay $300 bones a month on insurance...  No one needs that.  

I think a man in this world protects the woman he loves, his family and his property.  But in the recent world, they've made laws against this.  If someone comes on your property to rob you, you should have the right to shoot them.  That's it that's all end of story...  But cities have ruined that.  Now, we're given a 2x4 parcel of land and a bunch of useless grass that we have to cut or the rats will get on the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Everyday I pray for a revolution; only then will the REAL MEN stand tf UP.

His importance and reason for being on this planet is to become as God like and loving as he can...love as GOD did...he loved so deeply that he was willing to give up his ONLY son....imagine the pain..could you do that?  All he asks in return is to be loving, and obey the 10 (only 10) commandments.....THINK ABOUT IT!!!!  HUGS!!
