ok forget what those people say I am not prsonally a mermaid and I don't exacly beilive in that the are mermaids but pretty much the same and I would suggest the book Faeries by brian froud exellent mor einfo 2

A mermaid is an personification of the human desire to return to the primordial waters from which all life originated.  If this is what you desire, you don't require a spell, but a time machine.

i tried it and it didnt work for me but doesnt mean that there arent any mermaids and to the people saying it is a free country u r right. but get a life if u dont believe in something why are u wasting ur time being mean seriously get a life

my gran swears she saw a mermaid when she was a little girl so i believe.  have you read 'the mermaid summer' by mollie hunter is a very good book about mermaids.  i do believe but i don't think an actual mermaid would be on the internet!
