Floyd Mayweather Jr. is much more accurate.  If you look at their stats and connect percentage It is clear that Floyd has not only been unbeaten for close to 12 years but he rarely loses rounds.  Ray Leonard as great as he was, was not the technician that Money is.  Ray had a little more power, a little more height and maybe even more heart, but as for who is more accurate, definitely Mayweather.

Definitely Leonard.  No one has ever given Mayweather the proper test to prove himself in the way Sugar Ray was tested.  Watch the tapes of Ray against Duran (it doesn't matter which fight) or Hearns to prove it.  Don't pick the Haggler tape as he was a little past prime then.
