Hi, I want to know whether I can be dunned down, just because I've switched the phone of a colleague not to me but to someone else, even though I am their representative. Also I like to know whether there is a minimum number of warnings and do these warnings have to be written or can a verbal warning be sufficient before someone gets fired? I have been working with this company for 19 years? Did a really good job actually, all the management was always happy with me.
