Who is all for reporting such questions like,

"Is it illegal to get a tattoo saying "Cop Killer" ?

I've been wondering for a while and I've heard rumors that it is, but is it really illegal?

What about a tattoo that says "Crip" ?

Okay, before anyone else says something like that..

I'm 15.

I hate kids.

When I'm 16 I'm probably getting my parents permission to get that tattoo, and if I have kids I wouldn't tell them what it meant and let them figure it out when they grow up.

and for the girl who said the Los Angeles thing.. I was raised there. I have connections there. I'll be fine. and uh I said the crip thing out of curiosity because some of my friends have them.

I say go for it.  Why should someone else be telling you what to do with your body.  Just picture yourself in 50 years, and think if you will still think its cool.

Is it illegal? No, it is not. Is it smart? Hardly. You can bet that the guy with the "cop killer" license plate gets the opportunity to prove it many times when the "cop" stop him for some obscure reason. And believe me, there are thousands of reasons to stop a car.  Same goes for a tat. How much tolerance do you think an officer would have for someone with either of those? But the people who "advertise" that kind of c**p are the first ones to go cry to their parents when they catch any kind of grief over it. It's just like the guy who brags about all the heroic battles he's been in during his time in the military, or even the cop who brags about how he likes to slam the bad guy over the hood of a car. It probably never happened. That's one way you can tell a BS'er from a legit kind of guy. The real heros don't like to talk about it. It's something they are proud of doing, but would rather forget it. So go ahead and be a crip or a cop killer. I'm sure it elevate your status among those that you run with. And when you get your @ss kicked, you can brag about that too. Becaause it's not going to impress anyone that really matters. Oh yea, I almost forgot. Why not have one of your homies have a tattoo put on his forehead that says "I'm with Stupid" and an arrow pointing toward you?
