  1. Not sure why it would be your word against hers, because all paperwork regarding your employees, need to be kept, and not thrown away.  That is proof of communication, and has to be kept.

So, while I can't say for sure, what the paper said, I will say, she admitted to throwing away communication, requesting time off, and that is something that is NEVER thrown away.  That sounds suspicious.

In the future, always make and keep photocopies for yourself, timecards, written communications, everything.

  2. Duh! I think your right!

She sounds like she doent know anyting the way you describe her!

She says she trew the sheet away... well thats her fault, she should have a file where she keeps all this, if she was reponsible she would, you should bring this up to the head person of the company (if you have one) and tell him/her ASAP or call a 1800 # and tell them which one you work at (if its internation place like JcPennys for ex) and tell them, and if they keep giving you c**p about it, I would just leave that place... ugh i hate people like that.

PS: NEVER FORGET TO MAKE A COPY OF SOMETING LIKE THAT (if there is going to be) NEXT TIME

But in other words, I think your right
