The boss man is #1 just look at his group1 wins over the last couple of seaons, he always has a nack of being on the best horseflesh at carnival time which also goes to show how highly trainers think of him, he doesnt give a  sh it about winning premierships only about riding the G1s as afterall they are the ones that count.

Damien Oliver, then Darren Beadman.  Most consistent, but still both have a touch of genius.

Think they are clearly better than Boss - Boss puts in too many shockers to rank up with these two.  Bossy's main strength lies in self-promotion :p
