  1. They obviously believe there isn't a reasonable chance of prosecution.

They found a lot of milk teeth, and some "possible" bone fragments, but they're not enough in themselves to prove a crime.  The bone chips might not even be human, the teeth could have been collected by a member of staff acting as the "tooth fairy", and so much material had been brought in from elsewhere, who's to say what belonged in the building or not?

We seem to need conspiracy theories, but we also need facts to secure convictions, and those facts just weren't clearly in that basement.

  2. You are living in the belief that there are conspiracy's etc at your doorstep. Stop watching telly and step into reality.

  3. No you are wrong, the investigation is being reopened. We have heard it on the local news down here and an English Police Officer has been appointed as their Chief has resigned, or whatever.

  4. Mark D has it right. There has to be a realistic prospect of a successful prosecution for the police to take matters any further.

Even if the bones were the result of horrific abuses, and no-one actually knows that they were, how and to whom are they connected? Where did they originate? Which person put them there?

If those questions can't be answered, how and who gets prosecuted, and for exactly what?

Too many open and unanswerable questions.

  5. Sounds like cover up to me money . everything now is based on money not the truth  .
