Overall Ganguli Batting,Bowling ,and as a Captain also.

in all format of game like test matches, ODI, and he is

performing well in 20-20 game also with bat and ball both.

in IPL he played 9 matches and scored 214 runs with

two half centuries and and he has taken 5 wickets also

his balling figures are also very good in IPL 9 matches

18 overs 104 runs and 5 wickets Econ 5.77 runs per

over. Out of five win of Kolkatta he is 2 times man of

the match.

When they perform - they are the best to watch them. Sachin

and Ganguly with their pure timing - looks to keep them

watching for long. These 2 are class when it comes copy

book shots and timing. Sehwag is a no-brainer - he is there

and he plays his shots and his timing is great, but does not

have the class of Ganguly or Sachin. But on a given day he

can demolish any opposition and have seen him doing this

with 2 - 300s. Dhoni has the capability like Sehwag, but has

power added to his batting style. Most times his shot

selection is awkward but his brute force keeps the ball away

from fielders. Again on a given day he can take on bowlers

and he has problems playing good swing bowlers.

All except Dhoni are simply fabulous. The other 3 players you mentioned-Sachin Sourav and Sehwag are my favourites. Sachin and Sourav play truly good cricket, though they may not be doing so well at the moment. Sehwag isn't that perfect, but he is really a huge hitter. Dhoni plays well in patches, and yeah, he is good as a captain. And yes, among the others, I find Gautam Gambhir the most impressive batsman.

All 4 of them from your list; Sehwag is a dashing opener with useful part time off spin, Sachin is a master batsman, Ganguly is a useful allrounder, and Dhoni is just simply the coolest captain on earth to go with his excellent keeping and explosive batting. However, the one player who tops the list is definitely Gautam Gambhir who has been consistant with his form throughout the tournament and currently is at the top of the list with most runs in IPL. Shaun Marsh got his opportunity a bit latter but is making the most of it and is certainly the best player out there without any international experience.
