Best currently, Brasil. As long as they keep inflation in check. They simply have the most stability, GDP, but they have done little to answer tough questions about the native populations and the direst of the poor.

India has the most potential. With one billion people, a stable government, and a good education system, they will have the ability to trade with, enrich, and be enriched by the rest of the world. If the Indian economy keeps reforming, they potentially have the ability to surpass many Western nations, just as Japan did from 1945-present.
