  1. my all time favorite is george chuvalo !!!

  2. Herman Ngoudjo

  3. This would have to either be suppermiddleweight Jean Pascal or super bantamweight Steve Molitor. Both are currently undefeated and rising through the ranks. I can't think of a lot of other high profile Canadian fighters who are still active apart from Herman Ngoudjo who has lost to Paul Malignaggi but has stayed in title contention for the last couple years.

  4. apart from the above mentioned, the following are good, although they are both - i believe- romanian, they reside in canada.

    adrian diaconu

    lucian bute

  5. Currently there are:

Adrian Diaconu- light heavyweight contender (born in Romania).

Lucian Bute- IBF super middleweight titleholder (born in Romania).

Jean Pascal- super middleweight contender (born in Haiti).

Joachim Alcine- WBA junior middleweight titlehoder (born in Haiti).

Herman Ngoudjo- junior welterweight contender (born in Cameroon).

Steve Molitor- IBF junior featherweight titleholder.

Out of these, I would probably go with Lucian Bute- he beat Sakio Bika very convincingly and won the title by knocking out the KO artist Alejandro Berrio, who is an extremely dangerous fighter.  His next fight is against a very good fighter in Librado Andrade.

Of all-time, I think that Sam Langford is the best- he is arguably the greatest non-champion of all time.  He would have been a champ, but he never got the opportunity because he was a skilled black fighter (a "bad" combination for back then).  He started his career as a 130 pounder and finished off fighting heavyweights while only weighing about 170 pounds (and he still managed to beat most of those heavyweights).
