leo is best with:

aries, libra, gemini and sagitarius.

leo with other leos or with aquarius don't have a high probability for working long term.

leo with any other sign (water and earth signs) are a disaster waiting to happen. keep in mind that all relationships start off good or ok and then go downhill slowly if they are not going to work out.

leo with gemini or libr: they are air signs who will attract you naturally and their behaviours will compliment yours and they will pull you in on a soul level. things will never get dull nor get boring for you with one of these signs.

leo with sagitarius or aries: they are fire signs just like leo. they will have much in common with you and an unspoken understanding. there will be very little fights here as you will have very little to disagree upon.

leo with any other sign other than these 4 is just a little harder to put up with. a little more work and it will seem like work to keep things together with other signs. but these 4 are about as good as it gets for a leo.

and I can attest that from my personal real life experience, leo is GREAT with these 4 signs.
