Kakashi because for a non-uchicha he's done pretty well for using the sharingan. And that Itachi died by the lamest way...He died because he had an illness.

Itachi is a talented and a genius among the ninjas. Kakashi is a natural n smart ninjas. Both of them has their strong and weakness. So if I were to choose between them, I will choose Itachi. i think he's better than Kakashi.

kakashi is better because despite his low chakra he can control it like a master (this is why he can use mangekyou more than once, as well as raikiri) he is also able to learn mangekyou even if he is not a natural uchiha.

itachi is stronger because he's a natural uchiha and a genius.
