I think its LT.

Sporting news says Its L.T. but what is your opinion?

Tomlinson 1474 rushings yards, 15 tds, 60 rec 475 yds.

Peterson 1341 yards, 12 tds, 19 rec, 268yards.

And i talk with AP of the VIKINGS

and LT of the CHARGERS

  1. I hope your just basing this off of 1 season.  LT still is better.  AP needs to play a full season without getting hurt to be compared to the best in the league right now.

  2. LT is the best because he's more of a veteran than AP.  However, AP has the potential to reach LT's stats.

  3. Tomlinson has been producing for years now, Peterson had one good year.  For all we know he can be a bust this year or get injured, like he did all too often in college.  I'll take Tomlinson any day of the week.

  4. tomlinson adrian is a good back but he just had one good season and if he can keep this up with out injuries and if he has better hands he can be way better then LT ad has the ability to take it to the house while lt has to grind his way so all and all i say lt he is reliable and isn't afraid to get the winning td

  5. Its hard to say, i'd say LT.  Peterson had one good season, LT has been consistent his whole career.  Peterson is always getting hurt, he got hurt in college, and in his rookie year.

  6. right now its LT. but in time AP will be way better than LT in his prime.

  7. Tomlinson by far.  ANYYYYYYYYYYY player can have one good season and that is exactly what Peterson has done, had one good year.  Tomlinson was putting up numbers when the chargers offensive line was HORRIBLE. Tomlinson and continued to prove he can do it year after year.  He will be the best of all time when its all said and done. Im not a Chargers fan either.   Everyone thinks that if you have one good year now that your the best in NFL history and your going to the hall of fame. I dont get it? I understand the excitement with Peterson but people jump the wagon too fast and get off too fast.  What happened to Shaun Alexander fans?  See what im sayin?  Did Alexander just suddenly lose all his talent in one year?  See the point?

  8. lt is more versatile.  not as strong a runner but he never was a power guy.  reception and td passes and he is a triple threat every down on the field

  9. Tomlinson: 2006, 1,815 yards, 28 TDs, 56 rec, 508 yards, 3 TDs.

    Peterson: 2007, 1,341 yards, 12 TDs, 19 rec, 268 yards, 1 TD.

  10. You can spit your #'s but I don't need em'! Career? LT hands down. Draft today I pick AP he's is young and a threat to break one every play! LT is a threat to walk away from the game after 1 bad play.

  11. It is a tie until the '08 season were LT will probably prove himself .

  12. I'd say it is LT. and for that guy that said AP will be way better in his prime, LT had 1200 yards his first year which isnt too far behind peterson. but i do believe if Peterson can be durable then he can be better

  13. Its not even close, LT is ten times better.

AP has only had one year, and that year wasn't even as good as Tomlinson's year, and Tomlinson's year this year wasn't even his best year ever!

  14. First of ALL AP shared time with Chester Taylor the WHOLE season. PLUS he sat out like 3 games! and still was i think 3rd in most rushing yards! thats NUSTY! Not only that but he can catch for some. When the vikes played the chargers AP busted the record for most rushing yards in a game and LT looked horrible but then again the Vikings have the best rushing defense. LT has been amazing for a long time but give AP a full season and then lets talk

  15. I would take Tomlinson.  He is more versatile and is a better 3rd down back especially in passing situations.   Peterson might be a better runner but LT is the better all-around back.  Plus with Peterson the injury question will always come up.  But you really can't go wrong either way.
