Who is better Mike Aviles or Howie Kendrick?

If you had to choose one who would it be and why? Let me know who would be the best in the long run. Thanks!

Aviles.

Kendrick these days seems to spend about one-third of the season on the disabled list.

Assuming you mean fantasy then this year you have to go with Aviles. Stats dont lie, they are the ultimate truth in fantasy so at least for now the clearly better guy is Aviles. Long run....now thats a different story. I know for a fact that anyone who at the start of next season would pick Aviles over Kendrick is a guy you can look for at the bottom of the standings. Kendrick is a hitting machine and once all falls into place he will eventially be a fantasy elite 2nd sacker. So if I needed a guy for right now and am serious about winning then I go with the fantasy truth  and take Aviles but for a long run or keeper league situation then my choice is clearly and with no thought needed.... Kendrick.
