Who is better ON THE FIELD, Tom Brady or Peyton Manning?

We all know the arguments regarding the 2 best QB's in the NFL: Brady's got the rings, Manning has the stats. I want to know: Which QB is better from a pure "playing-the-QB-position" standpoint? (basically, discard all past accomplishments and go with what you see from both guys on the field)

Release

Mechanics/Set-up

Pocket Awareness

Mobility

when he gets sacked tom brady gets really mad..when peyton gets sacked he dont get that mad at his teammates..

Peyton.  He knows the game so much better than anyone.  He can read defenses and change up the play so quickly, it's magic watching him on the field.  He's always consistent with his accuracy.  He just really knows the game.  Peyton has a way of making the players around him better.  They don't have to be the best players in the league, but they come together as a team and are just that good.

Tom Brady only has the rings because he has good pass protection and solid receivers.  He has to have "the very best" or he can't perform well.  Plus he, as well as his coach, have some serious attitude issues.  No class.
