  1. Well, it'll be doubtful Warner will start due to having Leinart on the squad.  Ryan, if he plays, will be forced to do everything so I'm sure his INTs will be up.  Probably the best bet will be Russell.  He'll play and should put up decent numbers.  I'd look for more options if I were you.  None are high on anyone's top QB list.

  2. Warner... He has the most resources, best track record, and highest ceiling for this year...

  3. Kurt Warner, unless you are in a keeper league.

Though Ryan and Russell may be starters, they are both effectively rookies.

Warner put up some serious number last season.  He powered more than a few teams to the fantasy championships with a string of 3-TD games.

His agent is looking for a two-year extension, and the Cardinals may choose to open the competition for him against Leinart.

It's not at all a stretch to think Warner could be the starter.

Russell has the more immediate upside over Ryan, just due to talent around him, and he played some last year.

Trouble with Russell is he's FAT.  Over 300 pounds in April.  The NFL is not nice to lardy quarterbacks.

  4. Warner.

  5. Ryan, he will be starting.

  6. Good question.   All 3 could have a good year.  All 3 could be busts.  I think the best of the three is Kurt Warner.  He played well last year and really deserves to be the starter there in Arizona.  Too bad they're paying a billion dollars for Leinart, so they feel they have to start Leinart.  If Warner starts, he's got one of the best receivng cores in the game to throw to.  If he's going to be on the bench, then I'd go with Jamarcuss Russell.  I think Russell and Ryan are both gambles and there isn't much difference between them, but if Darren McFadden can run well in Oakland, that will open things up for Russell to use his arm.  Also, Oakland has a better defense, so that should give Russell more chances to prove himself.
