Who is better at rugby? Argentina or Ireland?

im rooting for Argentina and they are are going good in their pool but i think they may loose to Ireland. I think if that happens they might not go quarters. Can someone tell me whos better?

This is an unfair question because people's opinions are influenced by a 1 off tournament. granted Ireland have fallen apart in this world cup but over the past 4 years have been the far better team.

  

also i don't believe Argentina have been tested yet in this world cup. Ireland would be hard pushed to find a more physical forward encounter than they had against

Georgia and France were very poor against Argy, Georgia wud have beaten them dat day.

while it is hard to c Ireland going through i still think that they have a better quality side although you wouldn't think that they have played together for 4 or 5 years now.

Argentina has improved, they have a good team, but l'd like to see lreland win, come on lreland.

A lot of these matches are basically all on the day. (and thats the beauty of it)...If one team gets i right (or better than the next guy) they win. Ireland should be able to keep argentina out and nick a try or two..but Ireland ain't playing anywhere near their ability. I think Argentina wil do well and progress, but i don't think they'll win.

I pray for Argentina, these guys play excellent!!!!!!!! Would love to see them taking the Cup home in the end (what's a live without dreams...)

During the RWC tournament, we have seen Argentina improve and Ireland fall apart, so on that form I would have to say the Puma's!  

Sunday will tell us, but I do hope the Pumas go through, they more than deserve to!

Considering that Argentina is not a fully professional side, I would have to say that Argentina is the better side. They play really well for a side who does not have the advantage of practicing together all season like Ireland and the other professional sides in this World Cup.

On current form I have to say that I favour Argentina for a win against Ireland.

Ireland are the better team usually and historically. However, Ireland have had a bad world cup and I don't see them beating Argentina.
