Who is better lebron james or tim duncan

my friend favorite player is lebron and he think lebron is better than duncan is lebron really better then duncan

I am going to have to go with LeBron James over Tim Duncan. James can score 30 every night, record 6-7 assists, and even grab about 6 rebounds. Tim Duncan can score 20 every night, record 1 assist, and 10 rebounds. If you look at the stats you would definitely take James over Duncan.

This one is about a tie. Because Duncan contributes more on the defensive end and can get 15 points but Anthony contributes on the offensive end and scores 25-30 points and can play a little defense. So what I'm saying is that Duncan is better at defense but Anthony is better at offense. If I had to choose one to be the leader of my team I would have to choose Anthony.

lebron is a lot better than duncan just look at the numbers lebron can score 30 ppg he can dish out 8 dimes a game and collect 8 boards as well (only 2 less than duncan) hes just all around way better than duncan.i dont know how u can say the whole thing about the championship thing with lebron too hes 23 he still has about 14 years to get 4 championships and his team is so bad it has no other superstars and look at Duncan always having stars on his team parker ginobli. lebrons never been with those kind of caliber players. Also yes Garrnet is better than Duncan. if duncan was on minesota and garrnet was on san atonio we'd be seeing garnert with 4 or more rings and duncan with ****. Look what happens when u give garrnet 2 all-stars doesnt even take him a year to bring the championship to bosten. But duncan is better than melo though ill give u that even though its hard to compare the 2

Duncan is the best. full stop. 2 time mvp. 3 time finals mvp. 4 time nba champ. when these other players drop their gigantic ego's and play FOR the team and stop just wanting to be a superstar then they'll start having sucess.

the true mark of a champion is he plays for the team and to win, not to get sponsorships or be in the top ten each night on sportscenter. this is why Timmy has four rings and a strong squad around him and why lebron and melo wont get a ring until they check their ego's at the door.

Garnett finally tamed his ego and look what happened for the celtics.
