Who is better lebron or kobe?

I think that kobe is better right now but in a couple years lebron will be the top dog.

Kobe is i think just thaaaat much better (right now) than lebron because  he is a veteran player. But in a few years once Lebron gets 5+ years under his belt he'll convert Kobe fans into his fans because he'll be that much better!!!!!!!!

I think Lebron is way better than Kobe will ever be. Lebron is kicking but right now with a crapy team. He took his team to the finals with out another star on the team. That alone proves that He is better than Kobe. Kobe could have never taken Lebrons team to the Finals. Kobe would have detroyed that teams confidence. Lebron is better.

Who got MVP? Kobe did. So currently, Kobe is the all around better player. But I truly think that you can't compare them. They both do very different things. Kobe is an average sized shooter. Lebron is a huge point forward. Lebron frequently takes it in and aggressively dunks. Kobe does that at times, but mostly his game is mostly in shooting 3's or J's. They've very different and hard to compare.

Kobe has Gasol and suddenly they are in finals.  If Gasol wasnt there and bynum was still hurt, kobe wouldnt get past the second round yet lebron has wally and west and they made it to the ECF and even without wally and west he would have gone there, and its not just because the east sucked last year, they played against the nba finals champions, so even now i think lebron is still better.

kobe because he can score alot more than lebron and he has a great jumpshot and is very clutch. lebron is great at driving and always wins when they play the lakers but kobe is still gonna be better in the next two years or so
