  1. Rugby League

  2. Both. They all had to work hard to get where they are.

  3. Rugby league of players

  4. Neither - rugby union players rule!!!

  5. Better at what? At playing Rugby league then obviously league players, at NFL then obviously those who are trained to play that sport. You cannot compare apples with bananas.

League players train to have high levels of stamina based on been on the pitch for up to 80 minutes (though some like Paleasina at Wigan might only do 20!!) They also train/develop attacking & defensive skills like passing/offloading in the tackle. Dummy runners, defensive lines etc. League players have minimal padding/protective gear but you are 99.99% of the time aware of an impending tackle.or contact.

However US football is a differing sport altogether, it is based around power & short spurts. The players are very heavily muscled in most cases. The running backs & wide receivers are generally very fast especially for their size & the amount of extra padding they wear. In general though the players are limited to offense OR defense, only very gifted players in NFL are able to do both and then it is usually a limited role for their non specialist area.

Gridiron wear protective gear because of the amont of power involved and the propensity for offensesive players to be hit whilst catching the ball. Also a major part of the game is blocking an opponent so overall there is more 'contact' during a game of NFL than pretty much most sports. Also because there is no offloading the ball (or a lateral say) in the tackle the ferocity of tackles are very high and designed to try and stop the players progress forward immediately & to possibly make them loose control of the ball. This will often happen within a few seconds of the ball been snapped.

So if you mean who are the most rounded athletes in terms of skill levels, versatility & length of playing fitness then on average a rugby league player. If you are talking about power/speed in short bursts then gridiron.

  6. rugby league of players definitely :)).....whom do u support?
