On record - Tendulkar obviously, taking into consideration the years his got behind him.  Dhoni is of the later super squads. One cannot take away experience and records held from players because they'r getting on in years etc.  Dhoni is going places - he'll set his own records and leave his own footprints on the cricket scene

Well its no doubt sachin . Dhoni has offcourse won many tournaments but remember only as a captain not as a performer but sachin has been performing. Take the example of ausralia tour where sachin played like a real hero but dhoni just captained the side nicely. So no doubt sachin is 100% better than dhoni for sure.
