Who is calling me at 2am in the morning?

I got a call at 2 am in the morning then no one would ancwer there wasnt a call back number visible because it said restricted . the same thing happned at 3:30 again. with no one ancwering. What does restricted mean.

Change your telephone number. Don't have it listed in telephone book. Give your new phone number to no one except business.

a bored teenager, or if u have kids old enough to have a boy/girl friend possibly try to sneak a call in hoping your asleep.

All restricted means is that the number was private, or not listed. Because the number was restricted, you cannot call the phone company and have them give you then number because of privacy issues. You need to call the non-emergency number of your local police department and file a police report. Tell whoever answers your situation and they’ll refer you to the proper dept.

Also, get a copy of your bill that shows the incoming call and time. Document what was said, time and date of what you can remember. In addition, give any names given to you by the callers (if they ever say in the future). The more information and proof you have of the call, the better.
