Who is classed as a student?

I'm 16 years old and left school but starting 6th form and will start studying a levels when i go back, i was told i could get a student card, am i eligible and how do i apply for one if so.

Apply to the National Union of Students for their NUS card. If you are studying full time at a college or university you will get one.
