Who is eligible to receive an economic stimulus check?

If you make over a certain amount of money each year are you still eligible to get an economic stimulus check?

Anyone a) who has social security number and b) who filed income tax for 2007 is eligible for economic stimulus check.

Could be wrong. But I believe you have to make above a certain amount to be eligible
