Who is excited for school to start and who isn't??

Question

I am. I've been home schooled since 2nd grade. Now I'm going to middle school for the first time and I'm pretty nervous, but excited at the same time. If you have any advice on school and how to deal with people you are free to answer and to tell me if you are excited for school to start or not.

but if ur going to the 6th grade then its going to be awesome!!!!!!

just dot worry about looking good or fitting in with the popular ppl cus it will ruin the year! just make friends be yourself and ull have ton of fun!!!

Of course I'm excited!  

But ... I'm not the student, I'm the mom!  And I can't WAIT for school to start!

Hmmm. . .yup, I'm definitely excited. But I have a whole month to go):. Such a shame. Middle school can be hard. No joke, the kids can be mean; but it's a great experience. You'll learn to live through it like me. Good Luck!

Middle school was my best educational experience. I loved it, my brother is going into it this year. High school sucks, I'm going into my sophomore year. Everyone has changed or is switching schools or both.

middle school is kinda fun. because youget to meet new people, and make new, and more friends. Pretty much every new middle schooler is nervous, so you will fit right in.

I personally am not that excited for school. I use to love school, but im going to be a junior this year, and school is just boring for me now.

i am intersested to get my new classes though, becuase my high school got a ton more. now we have fun classes like:

forensic science

marketing research

kickboxing

lifeguard trainning

history of rock and roll

sports and entertainment marketing

and a bunch of others,

it will be exciting to see what cool classes i get.

I am so excited!!! Just be yourself! You'll be fine. Most kids are nervous staring middle school anyway, you won't be alone. I'm going into the 11th grade.

Our daughter is going into 7th grade. She's not wanting school to start, but she has said she misses her friends, too.

My only advice is to be yourself and be confident. I'm sure you'll make friends in no time. =) Good luck in your new school.

I'm excited for school! But that's because I want to see all my friends again. They all went on vacations this summer and it's so boring by myself. =( And I really miss the classes I had so much fun in. I'll also be disappointed because all of the hot senior guys left. But I have the incoming, cute freshmen boys to look forward too! LoL!! ;)

1. Pay attention to the teacher.

2. Don't be late for class.

3. Don't take electives you don't like or don't need.

4. Don't care about rude things people say.

5. Smile.

6. Have fun.

School is fun. If it wasn't so early in the day, it would be perfect.

just be social, talk to people and make friends. trust me having friends helps you go through school. as for my feelings about going back to school, yes i'm really excited. can't wait. only one month left.
