Who is getting the better deal from this trade Joey Votto and John Lackey for Ryan Braun and Tim Hudson?

Braun is way better fantasy player than Votto. Although Lackey has the edge over Hudson it's not by a large margin. Lackey's still an injury potential and will probably miss some starts later on the season. Hudson is a very durable pitcher and has been pitching pretty good lately.

I would say give the person getting Braun a slight edge. But it depends on the positional needs of the team as long as Votto continues to produce.

i really like braun but if hudson starts on the road, he wont win.  Atlanta has the worst road record, and if they loose, they loose big usually.  i don't know much about votto but lackey is diffidently injury possible but if the angles keep winning and producing runs, he is worth the rish of injury.

def braun side of it. braun is on fire and has no intention of slowing down. lackey is a great pitcher but getting braun is a deal in itself.
