What time zone?  Because if that is PCT I will be at a movie with my hubby.  

But I help conserve energy everyday so I feel no guilt.  I read so many "green" blogs and I didn't hear about this event.  I guess I am reading the wrong websites.

Hey CPA, If maybe you pull your head out of the tax books, you will understand that Earth Hour is more than turning out your lights for the good of the environment.

Maybe, It's a good time for families to spend time together doing something other than sitting in front of their tv's or computers.

Earth hour is also about awaking up the global unconsciousness that we live in. It's about finding some global unity, by bringing every nation, city, and person closer together to share in something that's much bigger than the 4 walls of the room your sitting in.

During 8:00pm, I plan on playing a board game with my family by candlelight.  I'm glad for this hour, because it's not only for a good cause, but can also bring families closer together if at least for an hour during our hectic lives.

It's up to all of us to make a change in this Earth.  Even if this doesn't get people to see we have to change our bad habits, at least we tried, and will keep trying until we see that change.
