McDonalds, along with many other fast food chains, aren't healthy choices for frequent meals. Their foods carry lots of trans-fatss, and lot's of the nutrition is sucked out. Another problem, they deep-fry a lot of their food, and that also puts a lot of grease and fats into the food.

A better option for fast food would be some sort of business that you are certain carries fresh foods. One of my favourites to get at a food court at my local mall, is Feta&Olives. I love their Pita's. All the ingredients taste, and are, fresh, and sanitary.

I am not going to Mcdonalds, and I hope there are many others who can agree with me!
