Who is going to be the surprise team of the season?

Who is going to be this years KU or Missou? There always seems to be a team that nobody expects anything from and they come from nowhere to crash the BCS or score a major upset (UK last year). Right now it seems that Pitt, Utah, and BYU are the trendy picks. Who do you think is going to be the surprise team this year?

I think this year's KU or Mizzou will be out of the Big 12 once again.  I like the Texas Tech Red Raiders.  Most publications have them finishing in 3rd place in the Big 12 South behind Oklahoma and Texas.  They have 18 returning starters back and have maybe the 2nd best QB in the conference in Graham Harrell.  They get Texas at home but have to travel to Norman to play the Sooners.  Their OOC schedule is a joke however (E. Washington, at Nevada, SMU and UMass at home).  If they beat Texas they could go 11-1.
