Ive heard that Mark Martin will run another part time schedule for HMS and split time with Brad Keselowski. But that has been the rumor since Mark said he was not going to be back with DEI.

Mark Martin, he is leaving DEI, and will run full race season next year in 2009 and 2010........he has already said he is returning to racing full time, full schedules, every race.

he has off the record accepted the invite to join JR and his team...its about time

Rick Hendrick is going to replace Casey Mears.  With whom is anyone's guess.  Names that have been rumored include Tony Stewart, Mark Martin, Brad Keselowski, Ryan Newman, Martin Truex Jr., and Landon Cassill.  But, the fact remains, it's up to Rick Hendrick to fill the seat, and if he's got someone in mind, he's not sharing.

I wish Mr Mears the best of luck, and I really greatfull he and HMS are parting way. Hendrick (spelling.. im tired) makes his drivers work, The other 3 are qualified drivers. Im not saying if I like them or not, but i do see Mark fitting in over there...
