who do u think is going to the world series? i think its a good ole rematch of 03. marlins vs yankees! i think the marlins can go all the way alot of people doubted them in 03 and people are doubting them are in 08. the marlins are on the roll and the yankees are on the roll. i think it will happen

I'm hoping for an Angels vs. Phillies World Series as they're my favorite teams in their respective leagues.

However, I actually think it's too early to make a good prediction.

Im die hard cubs fan so atleast them but this 2nd half is making me want to puke. Im getting a doubt on the cubs

I don't see the Marlins winning the East and that to me is the only way they even see the playoffs.  I can almost guarantee the Wild Card comes from the NL Central.

I'm sticking with my prediction from the beginning of the season.

Cubs vs Red Sox

If it's not the Cubs (which is completey possible, they've broken my heart so many times before) it would probably be the Brewers.  

To me I think it's clear that the Brewers and the Cubs are the 2 teams to beat in the NL.  They both have very solid offenses and 2 of the best starting rotations in all of baseball.

EDIT:  There are some real idiots on this site.  Yeah let's pick the Rays vs the Angels or the Angels vs the Yankees. Are people really that dumb to realize that teams from the same league CAN NEVER play each other in the World Series?

Marlins have a good chance for the NL because they play the long ball game, but it will be the Angels for the AL!  They are the best team in baseball, and have been since before the break!  Dont shoot the messenger, just relaying the stats... They can only get better because by being the best, only the pitchers were hot, their offense Vladdy, GA, Figgins are getting hot and hitting the ball ,which they were not doing before.... Angels take it in 5 games
