Dallas or San Diego.  I know people like New England just because they have the easiest schedule ever but playing the Jets twice in a season now is going to be harder than you think.  The Jets are going to have a monster offense. One very similar in fact to what New England did last year.  Ok so you are saying what? Here are the player by player comparisons.

Favre-Brady Both great quarterbacks and both will be in the HOF.

Laverneous Coles-Wes Welker  great route runners that will go short and over the middle.

Jerricho Cotchery-Randy Moss  Speed, Hands and the long Ball TD's

Laurence Maroney-Thomas Jones  Maroney is good but underused due to other weapons.  TJ will have a career season with the passing game going so well.

you have to feel that the Pats wil win this year, Bill, Tom and Compony may go undefeated "again" and actually win hte superbowl (even though they lost a few key players).... if brady gets hurt then the cowboys will win, they are just do good on paper

C-Town Browns!! We have Braylon Edwards and Kellen Winslow which makes Derek Anderson better. New addition of Donte Stallworth and Jamal Lewis staying around also makes the offense great. Both lines are solid...but if we only had some depth at cornerback. Even so, Browns will be slingin' touchdowns to a Super Bowl victory!!!

When you ask a question like this, obviously, you're going to get no right answer. You're just getting a load of answers, maybe from all 32 teams, by the fans of those teams. Jets fans think they have a chance with the addition of Brett Favre. Saints fans think they have a chance because of all their additions. And even for teams who lost a lot this year, their fans will tell you that their team is winning the Super Bowl this year.

I have to say the New England Patriots for two reasons. One reason is because I'm a fan of the team. You may think I'm contradicting myself, but really, I'm not. I'm only answering your question. It might help my case by stating the second thought by which I believe New England will win the Super Bowl. They may have lost a lot (Kyle Brady, Donte Stallworth, Randall g*y, Asante Samuel, Richard Seymour, etc.), but they still have an elite team, and might I say one of the best teams in the NFL. They lost their star cornerback, but they still have an amazing defense, ranked a Top 5 in the league. They still have Randy Moss, Wes Welker, and Benjamin Watson in the receiving corps, Lawrence Maroney as a side weapon to rush, when Tom Brady can't do his part on a majority passing offense. The Patriots have all the stars, so they have the potential. Despite all the cheating controversy spread around Head Coach Bill Belicheck and his team, they'll fight back, since it's basically over. They might not go undefeated, as they're not as built as they were a year ago, but they've still got what it takes to win the AFC East (partly because it's the least competitive division in football), the American Football Conference, and from my vantage point, the Super Bowl '09.
