  6. What a totally original question...

  7. Pens

  8. go DETRIOT

    IM BYING TICKETS HOCKEYTOWN

    GO REDWINGS

  9. I love how some of you people talk about pittsburgh's youth like they are playing the 2002 detroit redwings team. Stop! The detroit redwings are just slightly older than the penguins! We do have old man chelios, and he does make up alot of years, and we have drake, lidstrom and a few others in the mid 30s, but it dont matter!! Do you see lidstrom having a hard time catching people? Do you see Draper slowing down at all? I will say the only fatigued red wing out there is Darren McCarty, but give the man a break.

This is going to be one of the best series to come and im expecting a rematch between these two teams in the finals for 2-4 more years. They are just that good. But, i will say it will be Wings in 5 or 6

  10. Pens in 6.

The difference is goaltending. Osaverage just hasn't faced a team with the kind of weapons the Pens can deploy (except maybe in practice). The Wings' D is good, but won't be able to stop all of the shots, so Ozzy wil be facing 30+ a game. And Pitt has some real snipers.

Fleury is battle-tested. The Flyers had 7 different 20+ goal scorers (Ozzy didn't face any team that had that); the blueshirts had Jagr, Dubinsky, Straka and the master-sniper Shanahan. Fleury has 3 shutouts in the playoffs. 3 shutouts in 14 games. He's playing out of his mind right now.

The Pens' D is WAY under-rated, and they thrive on the transition game. The Pens' forwards are extremely creative and I don't think the Wings' D can keep up with the speed they can generate.

I just think the Pens are going to overwhelm Osaverage and he won't be able to stand up to it. Meanwhile Fleury has faced some major tests this postseason and stood tall. His "inexperience" won't be an issue.

  11. Wings in 6 would be my guess.

  12. Detriot? Pittsburghe? Cup-? Im?

    I'm going for Pittsburgh!

  13. Penguins ALL THE WAY!!!

  14. I'm going to say red wings in 7. They've shown all year that they are the best team in the NHL. I really think that the Pens are going to have a heck of a time trying to stop Zetterberg and Datsyuk. And never forget that Lidstrom is a master of the game--an absolute wizard. The Pens don't have a defensemen like that. The Wings are just deeper and have more experience.

I don't think Crosby and Malkin will be able to crack Detroit too many times. I do think that they will make it a series though; they will maintain some of their magic. This one will not come easy. I also think home ice has huge importance in this series. Detroit will win though.

  15. wheres pittsburghe?

  16. Detroit is going to win it. 4-1.

  17. well both teams are really good, Wings have the talent but the Penguins got the young and fast kids! it can actually go either way

    im rooting Penguins!!

  18. I think Red Wings in 6.  Hope I don't jinx it.
