As for Toronto probably Miller although he shouldn't. (he is too easy on criminals and I will not forgive what he did to our former police chief)

Democrats will take both the House and the Senate. The House win will be apparent the same night of the election. The Senate win will come in a couple of days later when Allen will concede the election to Webb who will probably win by some 7000 votes.
