I haven't been able to follow the steeplechase season this year- so I don't know who is running. I DO know that the likelihood of a tragic accident like in last year's Preakness is very low, however. I love steeplechasing as a sport, because, unlike in flat racing, these horses actually get a chance to grow up and become strong, so they stand up to racing a lot better. I hope I can find some coverage of the race on TV this weekend.
